great stay
had two beautiful weeks at LK. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms delightful and clean. Amenities very good. I will certainly stay there again. Highly recommended.

wow...... wonderful stay at pattya. buffet breakfast is so much variety that u cant miss it . its like attending a wedding party it gives u enough choice . the place is located very much close to all the evening shows including walking street, alcuar show, good shooping stores and yes next to family malt good food ..rooms r cleaned with good linins every day .all other servies luch dinners r also with lots of vareity .. u can trust the staff all r helping... always,,... they really loocked after verywell .. so its close to the beach also pattaya city starts in the evening life full of fun and ur safe in the area 24/7 so enjoy u holiday with L.K.ROYAL SUITES

Good Rooms in a Decent neighbourhood
I quite liked staying at LK Royal Suite. The room was nice, clean and well, roomy. There is a small balcony with french windows to allow a lot of natural light in. The room was well stocked with furniture too.
The Hotel is less than 10 min walk away from the Beach, Bars etc. There is a grocery store right outside and its open 24/7
I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Shocking, 4 stars? more like 2 max.
Firstly I am a well seasoned traveller who has been to Thailand many times over the last 10 Years. This trip I decided to stay some where different and after reading the reviews the LK Royal suite sounded perfect (location, facilities, 4 star accom, etc). On arrival I soon worked out that there are 2 separate accommodation facilities, one is the main hotel and the other is the annex which is defiantly not a 4 star facility (2 star max). We where located in the first floor of the annex. We arrived late evening and on investigation the patio doors had been subject to an attempted break in. I requested to move to an upper floor as my wife did not feel safe, however was told we must wait until morning. We moved next morning and it transpired that the patio door would not lock. I reported this to the reception and they dispatched work men. After 2 hours we still could not go out as the workmen could not fix the door. I returned to reception to complain and found 2 other disgruntled customers with similar issues (staying in the annex, expected 4 star accom etc). I explained I was not happy about the room and the fact we could not go out and secure the room. I request to look at the rooms in the main hotel. The receptionist showed me a suite in the main hotel and it was fantastic, however I needed to pay extra. As I had already pre paid I was suck between a rock and hard place and eventually against my better judgement I decided to move. The suite was massive and you could easily have lived in it. Overall there are far better places to stay for a lot less money. Be warned if you happen to be housed in the annex it is not 4 star accom. You can get far better across the road for half the cost.

Really nice place to play and relax, hotel in the best spot to have the crazy nitelife and peace and quite. Enjoy the excellant room service and staff attention to detail . I reccomend highly a stay at LK Royal.

Nice Large clean rooms
Very nice hotel situated about 10 minute walk from Beach Road and about half an hour from Walking Street, plus there are lots of baht buses available for transport. There are also lots of bars,cafes and restaurants along Soi Buakao and Second Road.
The room I was in was large, clean and came with a mini bar, tv, and dvd player and air-con. There was a 2 seater suite as well as a table with 2 chairs. The bathroom was clean although if I was being picky the shower could do with modernising.
I had a B&B deal and there was a buffet selection as well as a menu including a full english, which was good.
The swimming pool was also clean and situated above the restaurant.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel and would go back again.
