Greatly enjoyed our stay here and thought the buffet was excellent ( better than a la carte) but not sure why Ravindra calls itself a Spa. We tried to book appointments for massage treatments on arrival for the same day and next day - no availability. Tried to book for a hair wash and blow dry - no availability. Eventually settled on manicure, but great difficulty in getting a time. when I arrived it was clear why there was no availability - no staff! - a receptionist + one other. I didn't get the impression that she was experienced, when i suggested I take my rings off I was told it was not necessary, I asked if she was not going to put on hand cream, so oh yes I better had take off my rings. after filing and washing hands she started to paint nails. I asked about cuticle removal, she said her eyes were not good ( and the lighting was dimmed to be fair) so I held a small torch that I carry in my bag for her whilst she completed the treatment.. It should have taken an hour, I was done in less than 30 minutes, so she gave me a little leg and shoulder massage. the girls were very sweet, not their fault, I just don't think they have experienced staff in that dept.

Exceptional staff made us feel welcomed and at home straight away, they were always very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Superior spa treatment and delightful restaurants.

The hotel is very nice, rooms are perfect, especially bathrooms. There are 3 swimming pools of different shapes and depth, perfect for families. Beach is bit dirty, the water is full of sand. The only good thing you can do on the beach is to lay down under the palms.
Breakfast was very good, good variety, fresh fruits etc. For those who want to be close to Pattaya, don't stay here. It's about 15-20 mins driver from downtown and famous walking street. For those who want to stay away from the noise, it's perfect. I most probably stay here again.

The room and staff were excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. I didn't realize when I booked the room how family friendly the place is. Many families with children. ortunately, I like them but probably not a romantic destination. Also, a bit far from the town of Pattaya. Had to take a shuttle bus every day.

The room and bath room was clean with adequate utilities and well furnished. The breakfast was average. We like the pools, Ravindra has 3 beautifull swimming pool that u will ove to if u like to swim or sunbathing. The beach is average & not too clean.
The hotel locatio is on joimtien beach, quite distance from downtown pattaya. But if u looking for relax and quite beach then it is the place.
The negative side only, during our stay here, there were 2 group of Thai company held an event in this hotel & get a bit noisy.

We stayed there in September 2008 for 4 nights. The hotel overall impression was good. The most appreacite part is the pool, 2 big pools and private beach of the hotel. Location is far away, it is approx. 10km from Pattaya beach! but we drove, so we were ok! Hotel is new, the outlooking of the hotel is very good, but the decoration inside the room was fair, maybe we stayed in a surperior room only, not sure. The front desk service was absolutely poor, we asked for directly to the Zoo, the supervisor at the front desk just said "Look at the travel book in front of you" "You can call and they will tell you the direction" then we asked, could you call for us. She said "we need to charge you for the local phone call" What the hell service it was!! This was the most upset part we feel about this hotel. The hotel rating from me is 3 of out 5 points

This is a beautiful hotel 3 pools and a private beach.
It is outside Pattaya and the shuttle bus is expensive. I would expect this service to be free.
I would like a bigger and cheeper variety of food.
especisly if traveling with children.
On whole it is a very nice hotel
