its was very very bed hotel with no helping whatsover
it was not atall good hotel location was fine but service was very very poor the reception girls was very rude and sound of voice was very hard room was on fifth floor and their was no elevator difficult to reach every time i left the rooms within one day and took stay in other hotel with better facilities and amount of rooms was also less... sofa and bathroom was not very clean and fan in hot climate un imagine to stay i would never recommend any one to stay there again lost of money and time

Pattaya Sawasdee Sunshine
This was my 7th visit to Pattaya and the Sawasdee Sunshine was the worst place I have ever stayed. I initially booked a fan room at a vastly overpriced 600 baht, but the room was internal with no windows and no ventilation. The fan was utterly ineffective and I upgraded to a room with a/c the following day. This cost me an additional 160 baht per night, and whilst it cured the heat problem, the stench from the bathroom made my stomach turn. No amount of bleach and cleaning materials could shift the smell. I had already paid for my 5 nights in advance and no other rooms were available so I was stuck with the smell. Both rooms I occupied were on the 5th floor and of course no lift, so a massive 10 flights of stars up and down to my room. For the price, the Sawasdee Sunshine was disgusting.

Climbing five floors to a stinking room
Sorry to say that it was the worst experience as far as the accommodation was concerned. It was the stinking room with no ventilation for fresh air. Not having the air-con was not a problem, it was no air ventilation. It would smell very bad. It was an unhygienic room that would make you sick.
I strongly suggest that such unhealthy environment rooms should be reported to concerned authorities and closed permanently.
The hotel location was excellent. One female staff at reception was very rude.

I have stayed at other Sawasdee hotels, which have been ok, but i would not recomend this hotel to any one. If your on a cheap budget then its ok. but if its comfort you want , dont bother . Its basic and thats it.

the location is not too far from beach.. and located on downtown of Pattaya.. For the room is valuable with the price we pay.. :)

No lift and the stairs were not...
No lift and the stairs were not clean, had to climb to the 5th floor. The shower was broken and was difficult to take a bath. Didn't realize it until I tried to shower. Located at a good place near the beach and not to far from the walking street. Will not recommend and will not come back unless I have no budget.
