We had a big deluxe room on the 10th floor with views to die for. It was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. All around it was the perfect hotel. I appreciated the free internet in the lobby. We would return without hesitation.

Excellent place to relax.
I have a sea view room which is excellent. Both the reception and room service is excellent. The lobby is really ideal and not noisy as in some other Pattaya hotels. Only complaint is that the tv/DVD sound system is not working properly. My suggestion is that for those sea view rooms they should install a overhead fan (to save electricity) as in the night with a open balcony one can sleep without the aircondition.

Brilliant is the word. This was our 3rd stay in the last 3 years and its a hotel worth falling in love. Well sized rooms with cozy decor and an overlookig balcony to the ocean. Service is excellent & the prices are very cool. Overall a wonderful treat.

Having read many reviews of some of the hotel along the North Beach Road area, this one had better than average rating by other travellers. It didn't disappoint, the room was spacious and the balcony was perfect addition. Very useful if you fancied a quick smoke.
The swimming pool is a fairly decent size, considering the location.
The pool bar serves a fairly decent and cheap food menu. Was disappointed with the cocktails served there, but other than that it's a pleasant and relaxing bar overlooking the beach.
The staff are helpful, but their English can be patchy, but I can't blame them for this.
Overall I recommend this hotel for couples, and solo travellers.

Despite being a regular, this hotel is not accomodating to their guests. I and my wife were
quite exhasted after a flight to bkk airport and then a transfer to pattaya, nevertheless we were not able
to check in till 2pm even we arrived at 11am.Reason given check in time is 2pm. All future guests should be forewarned about the none flexability of earlier check in. This might be our last patronage in discovery.There are many other hotels nearby which allow their guests earlier check in.

Was on lower floor yet managed to have partial view of sea.Decent breakfast, though would prefer wider spread for variety. Service is generally good. Only strange experience: first stay in a hotel that charges for misplaced card key.
