Good but some staff not friendly
Everything is good but some staff is not so friendly to me when I checked out. When I checked out, I would like to clarify some items on the bill. One of the staff showed us his annoyance and said something bad to us.

I went to Pattaya to visit with friends who live there. The Holiday Inn, for me, was an excellent choice. It is situated up the quiet end of town but is well located to make getting anywhere very easy. The rooms were a good size and the fact that there was a balcony was great. It was very clean and the breakfasts in the cafe were terrific; there was plenty to choose from. The one negative was the pool area. It was adjacent to the cafe and was really only adequate for plunging and cooling off. If you like to swim laps, then this is not the hotel for you.
I did not use the spa but the prices were reasonable, and I have it on good authority that the outside bar on Beach Road is a lovely place to sit and watch the passing parade. All in all, it was a very pleasant 4 days.
