Don,t book joe palace guesthouse unless your a midget or staying for 1 or 2 nights, book the joe condo instead. everything you get relates to what u pay. Adrian alisburn Northern Ireland

Affordable but average service
Good room with facilities. Net wasn't working as we were on the top floor. No everyday service. Actually no service guy to sign u in or lift ur bag up!! Self service kinda hotel. But yeah room's nice and near the beach. Stay if u don't have any other affordable options.

This was our first time to Thailand,...
This was our first time to Thailand, on arrival we were greeted by Lek who was very helpful and speaks very good English and Thai. Joe also was very helpful by advising us of places to go to and things to do. The room was very spacious and tidy with a television, DVD player and computer with free internet access. The room and hotel overall was very clean with room service every day. Food and drinks including alcohol available at very cheap prices and mopeds to hire also at very reasonable prices.
Our overall view of our stay at Joe Palace was excellent and we will be visiting Thailand again and staying at Joe Palace.
