Overall this resort is good except for the location is too far away from Patong beach. It takes about 30min to walk from resort to the beach. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good value for the Money. We had a superior Room. Was sacious and really very clean. Friendly staff. Not to close to the hot spots. Need to rent a Bike!

location - a little bit away from the main streets, but the distance to the beach is quite walkable (15 minutes) plus they have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from beach / shopping centre.
The food at the restaurant is awful, breakfast is very limited and all the same.

An Awesome "Home" Stay
Although it is a budget hotel, they provide you everything that you need during your stay. The staffs are really friendly. Tried to swim in the pool and it feels good. The breakfast is fine for me as long as you do not mind the little variety.
I had my room on the second floor with a pool view and a big balcony where I spent most of my time. I had a big king size bed for myself and the room is really huge as compared to those I stayed in Phuket.
The hotel provides you a shuttle service to Jungceylon big shopping mall just less 5 minutes. After my shopping, I took a ride on motor taxi which cost me only THB50.
I really enjoyed my stay alot.

Match to its price
The hotel is elegant and of tranditional Thai style, I lived in a standard room, which is quite clean but the customer service is just soso. Housekeeper always forgot to put essential supplys to my room after they cleaned. Air conditioning is good, shower water is good. But there is no water heater in my room even if the hotel supplies two bottles of water every day but sometimes I need to have some hot water. The hotel is a little far from the shopping centre and the beach. But after I got familiar with the directions, it takes me about 20-25 minutes to reach the Patong beach.To the Carrefour is even far away which needs to take a tuk tuk bus or motobike to go there. It cost me 100B (2 people) to take motobike, tuk tuk bus is said to be of 200B. On the whole, the price is quite satisfactory but if you say flaws of this hotel, you can tell a lot. But it matches with the price, so I still feel good about this trip and hotel.
BTW in Agoda there is even cheaper price but due to I have already booked in Asiarooms I cannot cancel the booking within 7 days and the hotel refuse to give me that lower price of Agoda. Agoda is 20% cheaper than Asiarooms due to some promotions.

Nice Cosy Quiet Place
It is a very nice hotel to stay in. Staff was friendly and amenities was just a short walking distance away. Rented a scooter and all places in Patong is just a short ride away. Would advice to stay far away from the tut tut service as it is at a cut throat price.

A very friendly staffs and unique hotel
We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. The services are good. Whenever i reached, they have rooms for me to choose, if i don't like it, i can change it to my prefer room.. That's a good service. At first we went into the room, its quite dusty on the floor. And we saw a cockroach running on the floor.. It is so disgusting! The cleanliness of the room is quite bad. For the breakfast, they should prepare more choice of food. And not taste so good. Overall, i like the decorations in the hotel, it's unique!
Overall, this is the hotel that worthwhile. And will be back again.. ;)
