I went there alone after my friend...
I went there alone after my friend decided not to go. The staff there were extremely friendly and you can be assured that they will do their best to assist you in whichever way they can. The room was clean, just that the shower room could probably be bigger. Basic amenities were available, but i thought it would be so much better if they had provided toothbrush/paste and a comb as well which i ended up buying in phuket town's supermarket. they provide free shuttle service to phuket town everyday, but you could only do about 2 hrs of walking/shopping cos the bus will take u back to the hotel unless u don't mind taking a tuktuk/taxi back to the hotel on ur own. They also do trips to patong beach in the evenings, but at a fee of 150 baht and they bring u back to the hotel at 11pm. so one will prolly deprive him/herself of the nightlife there. i would strongly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet getaway, away from the bustling beach of patong. You will love your stay there. The only thing is that the staff are not discreet about your room number cos they have the tendency to repeat your room number clearly, even when there are other guests around which makes me feel insecure.

What a beautiful resort! service, facilities, room...
What a beautiful resort! service, facilities, room (especially the water feature) were excellent. Ideal for pure chill out and pampering. About 20 min from Patong mad party town and shopping heaven via moped (€5 a day to rent) or taxi. Definately recommend it.

Nice hotel with a quiet stretch of...
Nice hotel with a quiet stretch of beach ideal for both couple and families. Overall stay was highly enjoyable except that the check in process was slow and frustrating as the laid back receptionist did not seem to care that I waited for more than 2 hours.

Me & my husband stayed here for...
Me & my husband stayed here for three nights,this was our first time to phuket and we were a bit skeptical but this hotel has convinced us to come back from just becuz the staff was so accommodating & nice and the breakfast was amazing. We will definitly be comming back here everytime. the only negative was that we booked a double & they put us in with 2 singles yet this was fixed in the blink of an eye..Fantastic!!! no other negatives, the pool & private beach was amazing too. If you wanna be away from all the madness, hustly and bustly of Pattong & the main areas then this is perfect-not recommended if you like being near the crazy nightlife parts- perfect for couples though.

Nice hotel. Good solutions for going to Phuket town and Batong beach, but should be possible to go back either after 2 1/2 hours or 5 hours. Road to the closest city is dangerous for children.

The hotel is nice. The room is big and clean. Many choices for breakfast. The only negative point is the room was a bit too far from the main lobby.

This was our first time in Thailand...
This was our first time in Thailand and we were not quite sure what to expect. However, once we saw the hotel we knew we were in for a treat. The hotel is located in a stunning location. Our room overlooked a beautiful (almost) secluded beach with palm trees. The entrance to our hotel room overlooked a lotus pond which was beautiful and always smelt so fresh. The the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt spoilt. We would love to come back here again, maybe next year.

Good hotel overall except the room tv...
Good hotel overall except the room tv not very clear and there were some flies in the room. My gf loves it. She will like to stay in this hotel again. Very accomodating also, allowed us to check out late as our flight was in the evening.
