THIS WAS OUR 2ND TIME TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, IT FELT WELCOMING WHEN WE ARRIVED, IT WAS NO PROBLEM GETTING OUR ROOM EARLY AS WE ARRIVED 9.30AM. PAID UPFRONT AND PRICE AS OUR QUOTE ON ASIAROOMS. NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMADATING WHEN I ASKED FOR MY DAUGHTER TO STAY FOR LAST 2 NIGHTS AT AN EXTRA COST OF,1000 BAHT PER NIGHT, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE, THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WITH THIS HOTEL IS NOISE AT NIGHT FROM BARS THATS CLOSEBY, WE ASKED TOBE MOVED AFTER FIRST NIGHT OF LISTENING TO BOOMING MUSIC ALL NIGHT, WHICH AGAIN WAS NO TROUBLE. THEY MOVED TO A higher level and better room at no extra charge.convenient location for shops,5 minutes walk to shopping centre,also nightlife,

A good budget holiday
We enjoyed our stay here, it is basic, but also inexpensive. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the staff were always friendly. It is in a good location, close to restaurants and markets. The rooms and exterior of the building certainly need a revamp, but they are not professing to be 5star. I would stay here again if on a budget.

10 min walk to the beach. 5 min to Junceylon Mall. Massage parlours right at your doorstep.
I loved the thai foot massage outside the hotel. THB250 for an hour. Can't remember the name. It's right beside the fountain.
The staff were good. Though their english is just ok. If you want them to do some explaining - like why they charged my credit card when Asiarooms said I could pay by cash - then it's not easy to communicate. Moreover they did not have a double bedroom when I had already booked one.
The room with seaview is not great cause it's a partial view from the balcony on the side of the hotel.
Buffet breakfast was good but its the same everyday. Rest of the stay was pleasant.

Sleepless Nights
While the room and ammenities were satisfying, the location of our room within the hotel was not. We booked a superior room in the Royal wing but unfortunately this section of the hotel is situated directly above a street of many clubs and bars that operate at loud decibals into the early hours of the morning 7 days a week.
After a few sleepless nights we requested to be moved to another room but the recpetion staff were very unhelpful and would only offer us a room at a more expensive rate which was quite dissappointing.
Upon check-out there was another guest complaining about the noise issue and eventually chose to check out early when they couldn't offer an alternative room at the same rate.
Upsides of the hotel was the pool bar (and its staff) and also the buffet breakfast which offered a large range of food.
However despite this i will stay elsewhere next time i go to Phuket. If you desire and value great customer service and hospitality, stay elsewhere.

This hotel is not worth the money.
I stayed in the superior room with my family. The swimming pool is cool and very family friendly, food is not bad however the hotel rate/service is not value for money. The room rate is not worth 30% of what's being charged. Customer service is very bad, the receptionist are not friendly and would not let you finish your comment before breaking you. Internet is 150 Thai Bhat (TBH) / 30 mins or 450 TBH / day while it's 1TBH/min at next door internet cafe. Room is not cozy with very old furnitures.

A good stay
Generally a nice place to stay in. Hotel is near to shops. Very convenient. However, lots of gay bars. Not suitable for night walking especially with young children.
