Good Hotel
Good place located on beach road. If you get a deluxe room, one up from the superior room, its in the old building above reception. However they have a band that plays every night til midnight so you should look at deluxe pool view rooms.{they show you them in photo}That's if you don't like loud music. The deluxe room they don't show a photo of it. It didn't really bother us cause we were out til late most nights. Room was big. Shower could have been better but we put up with it. Was a bit old looking our room. All the new buildings, i'm sure have more modern rooms. I would stay there again just upgrade to pool view room..Overall I would recommend it to other people.

Value for money!
I've always enjoyed my stay at Baan Laimai Beach Resort. This is my 3rd time staying at the resort. Clean accomodation,friendly staff. Will definitely return in future!

Great cocktails, all day 2 for 1 deal! Buffet great, rooms nice- all with balconies. Very noisy at night as there is a live band playing most nights till 1am. Had a few problems with the room- dripping taps, noisy air con etc, however over all great value for money. Staff were OK, didn't speak very good English so hard to communicate. Pool was great but very cold.

Very Good Hotel for stay in Phuket!
It was my 3rd stay in Baanlamai hotel with in past 5 years, experiece was as usual very good , all the facilities are good and as per expectations, location is one of the key asset for this place.. very well organised and friendly polite staff.
Will recommned this hotel for all my friends

Very Bad Experience
They have very very poor hotel management system.
First, I wait for half an hour to check in, because the room key is lost...... Second, I got at least 10 mosquito bites at the hotel lobby during waiting....Third, you will never get things even if you dial their room service line.

Great place for great price
1st time visit to Phuket and was warmlywelcomed by this resort. Arrived there early and they try to prepare the rooms before the allocated chek in time for me and my friends. Free drinks in the room and top it up everyday. The rooms are clean and towels are replaced everyday. Great place to relax and the resort is just opposite patong beach. The receptionist at the counter speaks english and they are very friendly and approachable. Live music at nite at the resort's restaurant. Although water is found leaking from the toilet's ceiling, it doesn't bother me and my friends because we just want a place to rest and relax at night. Overall i think it was a good choice and a great place to stay for anyyone who is looking for a great place to stay at an affordable price.

Awesome place to stay
Had a great stay at Baan Lai Mai!! We stayed here twice the staff are very very friendly and helpful. Food is great and is also cheap, drinks are cheap. Pool is massive and has mini spas all around it. Stayed at Patong Merlin last year in phuket and for half the price Baan Laimai is great value. Very good location its quite close to bangla road. We thought it would be noisy but when inside the room you cant hear any noise from the street. Will be staying here again for new years. Highly reccommend A+++++++
