Quality and value for money
I have stayed at Coconut Village Resort on and off for many years and always enjoy my stay there, the staff are always very personal, friendly and helpful...it is a shame management decided to close the outside restaurant adjoining the main building as it never got overcrowded and i used to enjoy having a quite evening dinner there with a glass or two of red wine, pleasant music and NO airconditioning, so it was very natural . Apart from that the hotel has maintained it's high standards and value for money especially in the off seasons.

He pasado 4 días en este hotel y la verdad hemos estado genial! excelente ubicación, a 3 minutos de la playa y a 5 de la zona de fiesta. Una piscina limpia y agradable y una desayuno variado. Como inconvenientes diría que el wifi es de pago y que por las noches es un poco ruidoso..pero sin duda si vuelvo a Patong Beach me alojaría en el.

What a great place! The pool is...
What a great place! The pool is awesome - large, just the right temperature and it has basketball hoops hanging over the centre, giving you something else to do besides just swimming. The room was huge, bigger than I expected. My only complaint would be we asked for a king bed and were given twin beds instead, but they did offer to change our room the next day for us. We had to go to hospital one night and the staff were so helpful and sent a courtsey car to pick us up the next morning. Good free breakfast too! Location great - away from all the noise but only moments walk from the beach and the busy nightlife areas/shops.

The hotel has two sections. One has old rooms that aren't very nice (some of my friends stayed in these), and the other section has new rooms that are very nice. Make sure you are allocated one of the new rooms.
The hotel is in a good location, close enough to the main street of patong, but not right in the middle of it which is a good thing.
The breakfast is not very good, but will do.
The service from the staff was excellent.
The pool area is small but nice and there is a pool bar.

Ideal place to stay in Phuket. Perfect location, just 200m from Beach. Resort is beautifully maintained giving the feel of distant resort from city while very much being in the centre of the city. Breakfast is good. Pool is very clean.
However staff needs to be more warm with their welcome smile.
Overall very nice place to stay at budget price.

After many trips and stays in Thailand,it's the first time I'm not quite satisfied !
For the first time I met thai staff not cheerful(except at the reception desk) :they didn't say even Hello or Sawadee ! and inefficient !
The room was poorly cleaned and one day they didn't put toilet-paper,the over day no complimentary water !
The bathubs as well as the washbasin had waterleak,so that as soon as you used it,it kept you cleaning the whole bathroom !
Let's say the breakfast was poor and the staff lazy.The swimming-pool a bit dangerous when people played basket-ball in the middle of it.There were nets for this but this should have been scheduled .
Altogheter this hotel wasn't worth the room rate !
