Great Palace Highly recommended
I felt like a King when I stayed here, the room (Juinor Suite) was masive, bath and sep. shower, 2 TV's the reception could be better though.
Pools were clean and there was a poolside bar, and kids pool and play area.
All staff were fantastic and very friendly.
Highly recomend to stay, I will be again.

two months stay in poppa palace
Every place has it´s plus´s and minus´s poppa palace has more plus´s than minus´s.After reading hundreds of reviews of visitors to this hotel and comparing it with so many hotels we decided on this hotel and made a reservation for 28 nights,after staying in the first room that was on the third floor (large and nice) but with awful view to hi power lines and transformers we asked to change the room and we got a smaller room with so narrow balcony on the fifth floor but the view was fantastic to the right the sea with fantastic sunset and to left to the mountain and straight to the garden with palm trees,That did it ,With the so fine and friendly staff in the restaurant in the reception and every where else we felt so at home that we stayed for two months.Thanks to miss.Nong and the others in the reception and the really friendly and helpful young girls and boys in the restaurant and on the door.

We are 6 girls in group stayed in family room. the room is very nice and comfortable.. we love it very much.. besides, we love the swimming pool as well. cos there have 2 pools, we dont need squeeze with others compare to other hotel..
the breakfast is delicious and many choice compared to other hotel. good!!
Only one thing we have not happy is the attitude of receptionist. The way they talked to us is not polite.

No better place to find in Phuket Patong area
This is one of the nicest small hotels you can find in this budget price range. The room we stayed (1309) was spotlessly cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is mainly Thai with a minimum of 'Western' food but after all this is Thailand. The location is very central in a small sidestreet away from the loud noises of the hundreds of bars. Only a few minutes walk from the shopping area's and the beach. Very happy we stayed here and it is 100% recommended!

Poppa palace is located at a nice and convenient location and provide good breakfast.However, it is not a good value for money as family room do not even have microwave facility.they are too fussy about check in check out time and sometimes behave in a discourteous way.too heavy charges for breakage of small things.over all,just ok.
