Holiday
Myself & my partner had a wonderful stay, the only 2 minor complaints we had were that with the long trip getting to Phuket we didn't want the drama of dealer with the local taxi services so we requested transportation from the airport to the resort but no one was there to pick us up plus the quality of the shower was poor. All else was great & the staff was very friendly.

We had a very enjoyable long weekend...
We had a very enjoyable long weekend stay at the hotel. The rooms were very large and had excellent facilities. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Yes its a bit of a trek up and down the hillside but hey its good for you :) The food was fine. The location is a little isolated but there is a shuttle 4 times a day to nearby Kamala and Patong. I would suggest this is not a place for those with mobility issues and probably a bit restrictive if you have children but for a couple its very good. The hotel was quiet when we were there so not sure how the poolside/restaurant areas cope if its busy as they are not large. We would certainly stay again.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff...
We were warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival. Staff speak fluent English and services were promptly provided. Breakfast was a good spread. Room was clean, quiet, conducive and ready for stay the moment we arrived (air-con was turned on and water was filled in the bath tub.) Definitely will stay again in this hotel!

I live in Australia and my job takes me to 5 star hotels in different cities every week, my attention to detail is very good and when I say the Ayara is superb you won't be disappointed. If quiet, beautiful and romantic is what you are looking for then you won

THE BEST PLACE I HAVE STAYED IN PHUKET.LOCATION IN SURIN BEACH IS QUIET COMPARED WITH PATONG BEACH.BEACH AND RESTAURANTS AT BEACH PERFECT.STAFF MOST ATTENTIVE AND CLEANLINESS OF ROOMS 5/5.CANT WAIT TO RETURN.
