This hotel was one of nicer ones in HMC. A little far from the center of town but the bus was very reliable. customer service was fantastic,All the staff where friendly and helpful.. our only qualm was with the 30 USD per night room upgrade.. Im not actually sure what we got for this??? although i believe the breakfast was included in it, and it was amazing.. roof top pool, shoping centre and WOW the fruit!

Clean rooms and a good buffet...
Reasonable rooms which were clean and quiet and service was okay but the location left something to be desired. The highlight of the stay here was probably the buffet which had a great selection and we had no concerns over the quality of the food. Would try somewhere else next time unless we had a need to stay in district 5.

gym equipments...
the gym equipments are outdated...they don't even have a mat for ab exercises and dumbbells..i got bitten on my left leg during our first night of stay there..and on the second night i was awaken with bites at the back..so i asked that our linens and pillows be changed..but we enjoyed the food

best hotel buffet meal we have ever eaten.
our stay was absolutely perfect. the buffet meals we had for lunch were excellent. all the seafood you could eat. all the staff were friendly and helpful from the manager right down to the cleaners. there were no language barriers, they could all speak enough english for us to get by. the shuttle bus is an excellent service and always on time. with the 4 stops the route had, there was something to do at each stop. the ben tanh markets are only 15 minutes away by shuttle bus. the bus leaves every hour until late at night. we were even able to book it to take us back to the airport. if my husband and i ever stayed in HCMC again we would definately stay at the Windsor. also had a beautiful relaxing facial and pedicure at the beauty salon downstairs. very cheap prices with beautiful surroundings and excellent service.

Food was magnificent and daily services such as the shuttle to district 1 were invaluable. The friendliness and service provided by all staff was 2nd to none and we will happily recommend to anyone travelling to the area.

The rooms, service and staff at the windsor were great.the large breakfast buffet was amazing, and even had a nice outdoor verandah for people to smoke.the courtesy bus was good , probably not quite often enough, and we got very confused with the maps. Recomend to anyone as very pleasant, clean and friendly.

To be honest in my opinion it...
To be honest in my opinion it should be rated as a 3 star hotel (European standart) which shall mean some extras but nothing is special.
I have to say thou that it was still a nice stay there cause the personel was very friendly and helpfull.
just to give one example i ask the bartender (4th floor)if he would be so kind to make me an Ipanema which was not on the card and he tried everything to find out how to make one and got the recepie the only problem was that one mix drink was missing which was not his fault.
oh yeah i forgot top floor restaurant mh how can i put it, well its not as good as it tries to be(european cuisine should stay in europe)
overall it was ok but didnt make it above avarege in my mind.

Service, Facilities and features of the Hotel were all fantastic.
Executive Tours were very helpful and added to the experience of our stay in HCMC
Spa facilities were fantastic and very relaxing from stress of travel and HCMC- highly recomended.
Buffet breakfast and Dinner had amazing selection, very fresh and tasty, service was very friendly.
We are planning on staying again on our return to HCMC.
