Helpful staff, cosy room (if you have a heater)
The staff were nice and helpful. They spoke really good English. The room was okay. Request for a heater if you are staying here in the colder months as it can get really cold. The electricity in Sapa is not reliable. The hotel did not have electricity for most of a day when we were there. The showers were temperamental. If anyone else was having a shower at the same time, you end up with really low water pressure and cold water which is not pleasant during winter. The hotel restaurant has a fireplace. The food was okay. Also, you need to climb several flights of stone steps to get to the hotel from the main street. This could be an issue for someone with a disability.

Great place great people
I stayed here for three nights & found the staff very helpful & friendly. My roon was comfortable & clean. definantly good value for your money. If you go eat in the hotel restraunt you will not be disapointed.
Thank you to Twin and the other staff for the warm welcome and a great stay.

Room was clean with good view, no...
Room was clean with good view, no air-conditioning and even though it is cool in sapa it still was a bit hot. Found it expensive as far as extras go. The receptionist was a wonderful person, I would recommend it only for this reason.
