Excellent value

I was delighted to stay in this hotel. The staff was very freindly and caring. The food was superb. Overall it was great experience staying there.

Major attraction with this hotel is the price and location, for the price I cannot find anything cheaper that is not located in Geylang (famous red-light district).
This one located in ok location, quiet, next door is warehouses mostly, closest mrt station Lavender, is 10-15 min walk, there were several foodcourt in the area, Lavender foodsquare and one more at the left side takes like 5 min walk.
Room it self, I rent a Deluxe single room the first time, is small very small, almost no place to put your stuff, it's good for night sleep only, not meant to be for extended stay, the bathroom is in my opinion is too small to shower comfortably/normally. Small LCD tv was provided in the room. Bed quality is good, clean.
Second time stay I roder Standard single room, reading description on asia room I counldn't find any diff with deluxe room. Turns out, same room size, bed is narrower, but still ok.
No TV. But I gain a small cupboard for me to hang clothes and put things in, which is lacking on deluxe room, no place to put things.
The good thing with both room, wifi internet is free and quite fast, which is good replacement for no-tv for me.
Breakfast is delivered in a tray to room. Only so-so, but already above standard for room price this low, many don't even serve breakfast at all.
All in all good cheap hotel, with good location and free internet, tiny bathroom is minus though.

We checked in at around 11pm, no issues, were upgraded as they had overbooked which was not a problem! Not a huge room, but for sufficient for 2 and the quality was immaculate. Asked the front desk where we should head to for dinner and to have a look around - on recommendation from the concierge staff we headed to Clarke Quay (20 minute walk or shorter in a cab) which was bustling culture hub with restaurants, bars and clubs abundant. We ate at Rennai thai which was located around the marina area, the food was up to scratch!
Amazing nights sleep - was construction works across the road from our window (near Sim Lim Square) but didn't hear a thing while we were here! Didn't use the pool or sauna facilities but would imagine they would be immaculate. Definitely coming back to Singapore and staying at the Parc Sovereign - Cheers
