"Great hotel near to all of the sites in Agra. We loved the rooms and the pool area with bar. Service was excellent with the exception that they weren't willing to recommend any restaurants outside of the hotel because they were "unable to verify the hygeine". Also, many of the amenities advertised (the hot tub, game room, etc.) were under construction when we visited."

"The only really good thing about this hotel was the restaurant and the service from the waiters there. We ate twice in the restaurant and both times the food was heavenly. The rest of the hotel was pretty average. We had a "deluxe" room, which was meant to be the better rooms of the hotel, but to be honest I've stayed in better rooms in 3 star hotels! Therefore this place certainly wasn't value for money. The other thing is that they overcharged us by 2000 rupees on the credit card (we suspect that this wasn't just done by "mistake"), fair enough we should have checked the amount when we signed/put pin in, but when we tried to get this money back the staff were extremely unhelpful, as if it was OUR mistake!!! We ended up waiting 2 hours before they gave us our money back. You're better off staying in a 3-4 star place and just coming here to the restuarant for dinner. "
