"Apart from relative proximity to the Taj Mahal, this hotel offers very little value for the rate it charges. The hotel does not provide even a basic level of service, upon asking one is provided with one small packet of shampoo! The street location is noisy, the elevators did not work, rooms are dusty, there is no justification for the steep 3* pricing. "

"This hotel is clean and comfortable, with good facilities and helpful staff. I have been travelling in India, visiting various cities, and my experience of staying here was far better than in some other places. There were no hassles, the staff were helpful and friendly, and there was no issue with me checking in early - having arrived into Agra at 8am on a train from Delhi."

"Bedbugs The staff were very helpful This hotel need a complete revamp and is overpriced."

"The hotel position was great with a good room. The thing I loved is their bathrooms, really clean & nice. Room features were good. Good choice if you are looking for a comfortable tour to Agra."

"THE STAFF IS NICE, BUT WE HAD A ROOM WITHOUT WINDOW. THE TOWELS HAD A BAD SMELL. THE RESTAURANT HAS NO WINDOW. BUT IT IS CHEAP WITH A GOOD LOCATION."
3/5  Posted by MR. VIJAYWARGIYA, raghvendra, India in January 2008
"affordable place in the heart of the tourist city. all tourist attractions: taj, fort, sadar bazar are closeby. pizza hut and a trendy cafe in the same building as the hotel. room is tidy and sufficient for people wanting to stay a couple days in agra. not quite your honeymoon destination, but a definite thumbs up for casual travelers/tourists/backpackers. good value for money."
2/5  Posted by W.J., Australia in January 2008
"Too noisy environment. Staff wakes up guests at dawn by loud knocking on room doors, rather than using direct calls to individual room phones, causing inconvenience to others. Most of reception staff are arrogant and unhelpful, and lack knowledge of basic social culture and hospitality principles. The area around the hotel is inhabited by a lot of pushy beggars and rickshaw drivers, has no footpaths, and extremely dirty and smelly."

"goog hotel with a good location (ca. 1km to Taj). Room was not very large and hat only a tiny window, but was very clean. Can be recommend for the price paid."

"I live in this hotel early Nov. As a budget hotel, it's really worthwhile. Overall is good. But be careful of the bellboy, some of them quite money-minded. They tried to tell lie to receive your money. The best thing for this hotel is there is a cafe next to it. And the food and coffee there is good.So you can change your taste after eating indian food.
