| "Great hotel near to all of the sites in Agra. We loved the rooms and the pool area with bar. Service was excellent with the exception that they weren't willing to recommend any restaurants outside of the hotel because they were "unable to verify the hygeine". Also, many of the amenities advertised (the hot tub, game room, etc.) were under construction when we visited." |

| "The only really good thing about this hotel was the restaurant and the service from the waiters there. We ate twice in the restaurant and both times the food was heavenly. The rest of the hotel was pretty average. We had a "deluxe" room, which was meant to be the better rooms of the hotel, but to be honest I've stayed in better rooms in 3 star hotels! Therefore this place certainly wasn't value for money. The other thing is that they overcharged us by 2000 rupees on the credit card (we suspect that this wasn't just done by "mistake"), fair enough we should have checked the amount when we signed/put pin in, but when we tried to get this money back the staff were extremely unhelpful, as if it was OUR mistake!!! We ended up waiting 2 hours before they gave us our money back. You're better off staying in a 3-4 star place and just coming here to the restuarant for dinner. " |

| "Great location for the Taj Mahal. Very much in a 'western' hotel complex, but what we needed for a couple of days to recharge the batteries. Fantastic buffet breakfast - have never seen so much food. Rooms were fine, although ours did have quite a damp smell. Great pool, very quiet during the day. Don't be too stressed about missing the puppet show at night!!" |

| "The whole stay was pleasant. There was a kettle and several complimentary bottles of water, which are useful to take on tourist visits. They offered complimentary seasonal fruits more than once a day, upon request. The facilities in the room match a 5 star hotel, although I think I stayed in the new wing for the hotel, the breakfast was served in the old wing and it was obvious the hotel in that side needed renovation. The buffet dinner was pleasant and the spa was a good ayurvedic experience as well...
Child Friendly Hotel." |

| "I was in Agra for a conference. Last minute booking brought me to this hotel. Not the most outstanding hotel in Agra but good value for money." |

| "This was an excellent hotel at a very good price. After our hotel experiences in central Delhi this was a wonderful breath of fresh air. The rooms were superb and the facilities throughout were very good. The only facility that needs upgrading is the games room which is rather ramshackle." |
