| "When booking this hotel we stated from the time of the initial booking that we would be arriving during the night due to the time of our flight, we even emailed you approximately a week before to reiterate this. However upon arrival at 2.30a.m we had problems gaining access through the gates and the hotel had our room to someone else because we hadn't arrived. I always thought that if you paid for a room in advance especially over two months before the travel date then it was a guaranteed booking. We were then put in a disgusting room in an annex and moved to another room at 10.00a.m. We were most disappointed with this hotel and the service." |

| "This hotel is actually much better than it appears on the web (strange but true). The location is perfect, on the best part of the city, a residencial spot, with places to walk around and five minutes away from golden temple. Front desk staff are very kind and helpfull, and drivers you can ask for are great. We would definetely go back to this hotel. " |

| "We had no hot water - reception staff were most unhelpful and decided to send someone to our room at 9.30pm to "repair" the problem when we wanted to sleep!
The plumber said it was ok - all we had to do was let it run for 10mins to let it get hot!!! The reception staff refused to change our rooms until I stood there infront of him and made him call the manager who made him change our rooms! He was quite rude and did not seem to think realise that instant hot water is a basic requirement...he really did not seem to think it was his problem and was not prepared to do anything to help. Will not stay there again if this is the service paying guests get!" |

| "Was asked to move rooms so they could turn off the air conditioning on the ground floor! Actually think it was because they'd assigned a double room.
Local map provided by reception was a poor photocopy and reception unable to provide any tourist information.
Reception appeared to be very unorganised - I booked a car for return to airport the night before departure and it still took them 30 minutes to sort it out when I checked out.
