| "the hotel is a little unpersonal, but very okay.
Donīt book a car with driver in the hotel agency (for example to Puttaparthi to Sai Baba). They want to charge you much to much." |

| "the only faults i had with this hotel was the bathroom and the views. the bathroom was not of the standard i would expect of a four star hotel- the toilet was leaking, and although someone came to look at it, it did not get repaired. also, the view out of the window was abysmal- a brick wall!!!" |

| "Since I like to stroll by foot around the hotels I stay in the location of this one was particularly not appropriate!
Beakfast was good and the restaurant also. The business center does not deserve this name; but the room I had was veru spacious which was very nice." |

| "The room we were in was extremely tired and had a dank smell when you came in. The water took over 20 minutes to get hot. The maintenance people were slow to respond (over 20 minutes) and the kettle plug would not hold in the wall.
The staff were unhelpful and acted as though they were doing you a favour. Definitely not a place to return to!" |

| "This hotel is run as a family style hotel and all the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices and the coffee shop is a 24 hour service.
Rooms are clean and very comfortable.
Location is some distance from the airport - approx. USD6.0 by prepaid taxi - however it is close to the city centre for business purposes." |

| "This was a regular hotel with basic amenities. The most memorable memmory I had about staying here was the impeccable service. The manager and his front office staff should be greatly commended gor their initiatives and care in making the guest feel at home." |
