This place was a great first stop for our trip. The food was delicious and ambiance perfect. It was also far enough away from the road not to hear the constant street noise.

| "The Jayamahal Palace has the potential to be a very good hotel. It is a beautiful and impressive building set in acres of greenery. We were saddened though to find that, at times, we seemed to be the only residents in the hotel and that about 80% of the building was closed and in darkness. We were told we could not use the Pit Stop cocktail bar as it had been closed down and we often took breakfast alone in a restaurant that could seat some 80 people. The staff, who were always courteous and eager to please, always outnumbered the residents. The saving grace seemed to be the encouraging number of locals who visit the hotel for dinner each evening. This didn't surprise us as the food was very good. The hotel staff certainly looked after us well but there are serious management issues here. " |

| "The Hotel welcomes you with open arm's with its lush green palace grounds. You definately get more that what you expect at this hotel. The room standard can match those of any of the other 5 star hotels located in Bangalore without actually draining your wallet. It is located in the heart of the city making travel very convenient. Definately a must stay for anyone who is travelling on a budget. Wonderful Experience. Great Service at price which can be considered a steal." |

| "Our delegation stayed at Jayamahal Palace and enjoyed it quite a lot although it was a bit far away from the centre and taxi drivers seldom knew the address.
Service was very friendly, everything was neat and well taken care of. After busy working days it was extremely wonderful to enjoy the peace and quitness in the garden and just relax and build up energy for the next day's challenges.
