"My partner and I arrived on a sunday at the hotel. Our room was situated close to the generator. Noise and smoke of that thing entered our room easely. We asked for relocation, but nothing happened. The hot water in the bathroom was only available between 0500 and 0800 in the morning. Rest of the time the water was cold.Roomservice for food was not available, only snacks where served and coffee. The telephone to the outside of the hotel was only one line available. We could not use it, we had to use our own (Dutch) cel phones which is expensive. Above our room, building and construction work was going on at the hotel, it was noise and banging all day on. At night time, stray cats from the street came into the hall of the hotel and scream me away from my sleep for some hours. I asked the desk to do something about that, but in the end I went out to hunt the cats away, and get some sleep after. The travel desk was not able to make reservations for us for our return flight to Europe. I went into town to arrange those things myself."
