A luxurious hotel, an oasis in the madness of Chennai, overall a very pleasant stay. My one complaint is related to the Royal Club service which we found to be wanting ,in comparison to Leela in Mumbai & Bangalore where service was exceptional and excellent!

"This is a beautiful hotel and the service was excellent. If we had one criticism it was the constant playing of English Christmas pop songs in public areas. We had gone to India to escape the commercialised Christmas that is everywhere in England. I would have hoped to escape it in Chennai."
