| " The staff were extreemly rude and the first room that was allocated to us the electricity only stayed on for 2 minutes. when we asked for a new room was told hotel full. Asked for manager, staff stated no manager till next week. After yelling at staff a manager suddenly appeared. Next room smelt of sewage, then finally we were given a room with a bathroom with its own microculture. Do not stay in this hotel even if they pay you." |

| "We just had a one night stay at the Abad Plaza and it suited our needs, not too far to see the sights of Cochin and only half an hour from the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Unfortunatley our room seemed to be next to the boiler room/or air conditioning system, and it was so noisy throughout the night that at 1.30 a.m we asked a member of staff to check to see if something could be done, and good enough we were moved along the corridor at 2.00 a.m " |

| "I stayed only one night at the hotel and it was very alright. It was in a very accessible part of town and definitely value for money. Food at the retaurant was very good and affordable." |
