"My wife and I stayed here in March 2008, our 3rd visit. A lovely old hotel and situated very near to The Mall and shopping area. Staff polite and efficient, when you book a room, breakfast,lunch and dinner are included in the price and you are expected to attend at specific times, which makes it difficult if you want to have a day out. The selection of food had much improved since our visit in 2004. "
