1. The tours were very terrible and something that I would expect in a low budget in Mexico.
2. My husband and daughter were sick with diareha, from drinking the water in the gym that was told it was mineral water that turned out to be from the tap. This alone was unacceptable to us....
3. We were made to wait almost 1 hours before we could go into our room, we were hot and tired and the lady at the front seemed to be trying to help everyone that came in with checking passports instead of on a first need basis.
4. My daughter got a sunburn and the lady at the front was telling us that we absolutely should take her to the doctor because "she" felt it was a sun burn and her skin might be blotching forever!
5. There was no fun entertainment, staff involvement etc.......
6. Too much $ for the services offered to us.
7. Found out that other person was paying way cheaper than us.

Lots of things to do, however you cant swim in the 'sea' as it is very dirty, we later found out it is because it is the mouth of a river." |
