| "We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Grove,it is in a quiet picturesque location with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are not large but clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment with the area was that it is not safe to swim in the sea,but the beach is beautiful and only a short easy walk from the hotel. If using the beach shacks at night to eat,and they are fantastic value the food excellent, then don't forget to take a torch with you!I think if there for much longer than a week it becomes a little restrictive at night as if you want to leave the very small hotel complex you do need to get taxis to and from there because of its very quiet location.during the day it is about a 40 min very pleasant walk along the beach to Colva.Taxis are always available from the hotel and although they are fairly expensive by Indian standards are still a cheap form of transport compared to western prices, the drivers will wait for you for the return journey if required and also act as your travel guide. It is a lovely hotel and location for a tranquil peaceful holiday." |

| "Rooms were large, well furnished and with decent bathrooms - fans and a/c meant our stay was more than comfortable. Service was friendly, polite and prompt. Lovely setting, quiet and peaceful and near the beach, which was stunning. Restaurant was simple, the food straight-forward but quite adequate. Really enjoyed our stay and very happy we booked into the Coconut Grove." |

| "We had recently spent 3 months in other parts of India and this hotel was a welcome retreat. We had quiet, the service was good, the suite was very clean and comfortable and we were within walking distance from the beach. The price was high for India (high season), but compared to other comprable hotels in the west still a bargain. We would recommmend it highly." |

| "Firstly I would like to exalt Asia rooms for dealing with my booking. Made it so easy Thank you recommendations have been made.
Coconut Grove not as big as the 5* places, expansive and lavish but hey what a great place to chillout with a friendly society of staff who couldnt do enough to help and welcome you. I throughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Coconut Grove as a place where one can be at ease and relax in Goa." |

| "Location was OK, about 200mts back from beach with a path down to the beach. No shops, closest are 20 minute walk away. Good hotel if you want to get away from everything, very quiet, no noise from traffic.
Restaurant staff need some training - served starter and main meal at the same time which meant waiting 30 minutes for the food to appear. On one occassion chicken undercooked and still bloody." |

| "Me and my brother stayed at Coconut Groove for a few days to relax and get some sun and the hotel is ideal for this purpose; nice and clean, friendly staff, good food and close to the beach. There is simply nothing to complain about other than the pretty rude Russians staying there. We had a great time and can highly recommend a stay at Coconut as long as one doesn't long for night-life and party-time." |

| "We had a lovely relaxing time at Coconut Grove & enjoyed mostly every minute of our stay. The staff were very friendly, warm & could not be anymore helpful to make sure our every need was tenderd too.
The only thing we had a problem with was there are very few evening activities in South Goa such as a beach bars or clubs to relax in so we found ourselves confined to the hotel. Unfortunately there was no entertainment to keep us amused apart from a game called Cerram & table tennis?? so we would spend most our evening in our room.
The same Cd was played all day long for pretty much the whole 2 weeks of our stay, we got quite irritated by this so we would go else where or to our room to drown out the sound.
My advice is more entertainment & more of a variety of cd's.
xx
