| "Sonesta Inn was in a good location. The rooms were spacious, clean and well looked after. The pool was large and clean. Breakfast included and quite a variety of different food presented. Staff courteous and helpful with any request. Only problem was there are no towels provided for the beach, and the beach is only metres away. Thanks for a comfortable stay." |

| "sonesta inn hotel is a remarkable and amazing place to stay in goa! i found the rooms to be clean and well maintained as well as the bathroom. the staff are friendly and accommodating. the location is very central and the beach is a two minute walk from the hotel. as a young woman i found it a very safe place to stay. i also found that sonesta inn is a very suitable place for families who have small children. it is very relaxing and the service is immaculate! i personally can't wait to return to sonesta inn. | "Very much enjoyed our stay here. It is an attractive setting a short walk from the beach. Also has a good clean pool in an attractive setting. The service was friendly and attentive. The suite was roomy with two separate rooms and a shower room/wc. Decor and fittings were a bit old fashioned but for the money perfectly acceptable. Not all the balconies face the pool which suited us but may be a problem for some. Breakfast under the palms was a highlight
Candolim is not the quiet fishing village it once was however, but the Sonesta is tucked away down a quite backstreet. But it still offers a good choice of places to eat. " |

| "The hotel is in a nice location and only a few minutes away from the beach.Breakfast was limitied anhd not enough options on what to eat. I only eat once in the restaurant for lunch which was fine. There are better restaurants around north Goa, such as the sea shell which do nice Goan dishes. The hotel is around 3 star and the staff are firendly and helpful. I stayed in a standard room which was fine, I don't think there is much difference in a delux and standard room. I enjoyed my trip in Goa and its easy to get around with so many taxis available." |

| "I thought this hotel was very good value for money. On a positive note, the rooms were large with nice balconies overlooking the pool, the complex was small and friendly and easy to get around, the location was excellent as the beach was 100 yards away at the bottom of the garden and stepping outside of the hotel there are lots of restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. Also the food and drink in the hotel was very nice and very well priced particuarly compared to what we paid in other hotels.
On a negative note, I thought the rooms a little basic and in need of a refurb and the bathroom was certainly very dated. That said I am a little over fussy about bathrooms and can honestly say that after the Sonesta we went to a 5 star hotel were I was equally dissatisfied with the bathroom and yet we paid 3 times more money for the room and was in a worse location.
I would definitely go back again. " |
