"The Ajanta is a mid-range tourist hotel that is suitable for one or two nights stay only. It was convenient for the Mumbai Airports (about 30 minutes drive away). Although it is situated on a fairly busy road, the double glazing did seem to keep the majority of the traffic noise down to a minimum. It took me some time to realise that you have to turn the hot water system on in the bathroom, as I had showered in cold water before I found the switch. The included breakfast was slightly disapointing, not only in quality but also quantity. Having said that the room was clean and tidy and served me well as a stopping off point on my journey home from Goa. "

"We had to wait more than 2 hours for the room after a long flight and this after we did say what time we were to arrive. This was done with a series of 'it will be ready in 10 minutes' bullshits. Once we got the superior room, it was clean and nice."
