| "Very good, but overshadowed by the amazing service and experience we had at the Comfort Inn in Mumbai." |

| "We were not convinced that the room we got was deluxe-
we inquired and were told that our room was deluxe.
The bedroom was small, especially bathroom, for toilet
was so close to the sink and on ocassions the toilet
was not flusing properly.
Location was very convenient-close to Juhu Beach and
some very good restaurants. Service was very good
and Hotel restaurant menu had variety of dishes.

| "Mumbai hotels are expensive and Best Western Emerald is reasonable value . For those familiar with Travel and hotels in India ,it is a smaller mid range hotel with typical shortcomings that you get in mid range Indian hotels. However, the hotel is quite clean , the staff are friendly and restaurant is good and location at Juhu beach is good. I got a discount room rate and my room and bathroom were small but everything worked and I have no valid complaints about the hotel except that it is relatively expensive because it is in Mumbai. " |

| "I travelled to Mumbai to meet my fiancee and stayed in a hotel because I wanted to spend some quality time with my would be life partner and was shocked to know that guests are not allowed to enter the room. I pleaded with the Room Manager to allow her, but the manager insisted to add her name by providing her original passport which she was not carrying. I requested that Pan Card can be used as an ID but he insisted on passport. The next day I had a long chat with the Manager and he agreed to allow guests upto 10pm and I could manage to take my fiancee in the room for half an hour as it was already 10pm by the time we reached the hotel. Since the Manager had given me the permission, next day when I came with my fiancee we straight away tried to go to my room and I was astonished to see the same Manager stop me and it was such an insult that the very moment I wanted to change the Hotel. My suggestion to the Hotel Management is that if some guests come to visit they should be allowed in the room by keeping a proper ID at the counter which can be returned to the guest when he/she is leaving the room as many will not be comfortable sitting in the lobby and discussing things as there is no privacy. | "The hotel was good value for money. Good location. The Juhu beach across the road is good for a stroll. Excellent service and very friendly staff. The tour company of the hotel arranged a wonderful day tour of Mumbai! Excellent breakfast! Very good vegetarian food in restaurant but good option of non-veg in room service if you feel tired going out. " |

| "Very friendly warm welcome. Door man very helpful as taxi driver hassling for money. He could see the problem and came to assist.
Room clean and tidy, bed comfortable and decent bathroom. All seemed well until night when neighbours very noisy and walls so thin you could hear their every movement when using the bathroom which was behind our bed. Restaurant food very good and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent.
When checking out two additional meal bills had been added to our account. When we said they were not ours we were to told to wait whilst they checked it with the restaurant manager even though the signature was totally different. Not happy with the way we were treated. When we informed them about the noise at night all they did was produce a complaints slip to be fiiled in. No apology made, to date no response received to the complaints form which we filled in. Pleasant situation next to Juhu beach which was lovely to walk and watch the sunset." |

| "Great location and close to all Juhu Beach attractions. Also not to far from the airport- don't use the hotels shuttle service as you can save at least Rs300 by using the prepaid service located just outside international arrivals
Staff are courteous and hotel is clean but rooms are small. Buffet breakfast did not have a large selection but was adequate
Hotel good for a an overnight or two night stay" |

| "Even though the room wasn't big, it was clean, tidy, comfortable (within budget) and had everything I needed and some extras.
Very comfortable 20 minutes to the airport so ideal for transit.
The food was good and varried and it was a unique pleasure to find a hotel with healthy food awareness!
The service was outstanding! Really first class. The staff is VERY accommodating and friendly in a very correct way. The whole atmosphere is a pleasure: very relaxed and friendly - I immidiately felt at home - and very correct and courteous.
THANK YOU for everybody there and I'll definitely be back.
