"We were given a poky end room where the air conditioner was so noisy (bearing problem) it couldn't be used, ceiling fan didn't work nor did the electric jug. Crumbs and nuts were on the carpet and the king size bed had a well worn wafer thin foam mattress that was extremely uncomfortable. Next day we asked for and were given a room change, where all electrical items worked and double foam mattreses on the twin beds. Breakfast was limited choice but adequate. Housekeeping and concierge staff were very helpful. "

"A reasonably priced hotel with a central location,good for business people and shoppers. Not a very friendly lift person.We had to wait for almost an hour upon arrival before we were given the double bed room that we booked and paid for with the travel agency."

"Good value for money. The hotel is in a fairly central position although not too good an area. Make sure that you ask for a room with tile floor as the carpeted room I was allocated stank of damp & mould. The staff were very good & changed my room the following morning. The staff were very helpfull & friendly. The furniture & bathroom in my room needed updating but was spotlessly clean. A fairly good selection of food on offer & hotel cars available for sightseeing etc. I would recommend this hotel mainly for a business stay or low budget accomodation."

"Centre of Bombay, close to CST (main railway station) Hotel is very nice, spotless, good cafe, limited bar. Very freindly staff, most helpful. No more keen on tips than the rest of India. Rooms a bit small, but a bargain price for central Mumbai. Have A/C Tata to run you around at modest cost (only double what you pay for those dreadful taxis). Has lift, and us three old grey wrinkelys were treated fine. One of my better finds. Dave Ellis Lancaster UK"

"The hotel and service were great. The staff really bent over backwards to help. The one negative point was that they are a bit pushy for tips. I'm happy to tip for good service but I don't like it being demanded from me. One guy who brought the bill for the room service expected a tip!! Overall though I would stay here again definately. Nice clean rooms, hot water, great service with our luggage, staff really helped us make sense of our rail booking, nie AC car picked us up from the airport. :0)"
