| "Historically this hotel was the former Holiday Inn. It appears that Holiday Inn have quite rightly diassociated themselves with this Hotel as it is of quite porr standard and now is run and Operated by Eastern International.
The Hotel is old and established and claims in its own literature that the 4th Floor has been completely refurbished. This is not true. The rooms appear to have been recently painted and new carpets fitted, that's all. The bathrooms are the same old ones which are now looking tatty and the furniture too is not 5 star quallity at all and some ites look very old particulalry the beds. The cleaning trolley's, mops and cleaning equipment are scattered all over the hallways and permenantely parked outside room doors 24 hours a day. This does not make a pleasenet welcome when retruning to your room after a dinner say.
The outside of the hotel overlooking the pool is tatty and in desperte need of renovation, the front of the hotel looks as if it has been recently painted albeit rather poorly.
The service is third rate with staff often forgeting about your requests. This is at room service, resturant and houskeeping level. The bell desk staff seemed uninterested when we checked out. The resturant food is just about ok but not not good. We ate next door at the sun and sand hotel where the food was of far superior quality.
We paid £150.00 per night per room and for the quality of hotel was not worth it. The sun and sand hotel next door is a far better and modern hotel for about the same money. The location is poor. Although on Juhu beach, the sea is polluted with raw sewage and thus the beach and sea are unsuitable for recreation. Nothing else to do around the hotel everthing else is a taxi ride away.
The picture of the pool posted on asia rooms is false. This pitcure does not relate to the pool at this hotel and asia rooms must delete this as it is misleading to the public. The hotel's pool is dingy, dirty and in need of drastic renovation. The deck chairs are about 25 years old and rusty and the roof of the pool hut is covered with bricks and tarpolione as a temporary repair. The pool's saftey barriers are rusty two of which are collapsing.
Overall a poor choice and a badly run hotel in a very poor location. Asia rooms rating of 5 stars is misleading and they should consider chaning this immediately. " |

| "its a 3 star hotel and old looks like its stuck in the 1970s.
don't think you save much cause pound for pound its a rip off
and yes the hotel has wi-fi but you have to pay for it if it was free then that would be the only thing good for it and the restaurant is not cheap for the class of restaurant it not even clean.
do what me and my wife did call a cab to marrot a few mins away to eat its near same price to eat in a real new 5 star hotel." |

| "The hotel was old and tatty. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room but were given a smoking one on arrival. When asked why such a mistake was made, the duty manageress simply shouted to her staff behind the counter in front of us repeating the same question, without apologising. No attempt was made to apologise for anything. I find the staff's attitude to be arrogant and couldn't be bothered. The whole room smelled of cigarette smoke including all the towels and bed linen. We asked to change to another room but the hotel staff failed to find us anything despite their mistake.
The restaurant served pretty awful food so we didn't bother eating at all but just had lots to drink at the bar!
The only reason we used this is because of its location (close to the airport) but there is absolutely no way we would go back and would not for a minute recommend it to anyone." |

| "This hotel was not so bad, but I will definitely not stay there anymore. I paid 120Euro per night, but after staying there for 2 nights, I think it was too much. The pictures from the pool on the internet don't show the real facility. Those pictures are really fakes.
But the worst thing was the disturbing renovation noise until 10:45pm in the night! This was really not acceptable, though I complained 3 times after 8pm, nothing changed immediately.
Furthermore, the beach is really not a holiday beach for swimming. Don't expect that you will allow your children to play there. The whole surroundings are actually quite dirty, sorry to say that. But it is true, though it isn't the hotel's fault.
