| "hotel was clean, breakfast choice very poor,reception staff when asked about a lost pair of reading glasses handed in by our taxi driver. they just said they had no glasses handed in, when i got the taxi driver to come in they suddenly found six pairs right in front of them and i was able to idetify mine. without the help of my taxi driver i would have to have bought another pair as at first they were adamant that no glasses had been handed in. they did not even leave their seats to look. i was very dissapointed by their attitude. also when shown our room at least six people crowded in all looking for tips even the lift operator" |
