| "The room was excellent! Service was good. The only problem I had was with the breakfast. Hardly any variety, and very limited. Such a disappointment. Also, they should run both lifts at the same time as one is definately not enough. " |

| "We were well recived at reception , pleased with first impressions of room, restaurant good , although did not try vegetarian restauarant but it was busy Breakfast dissapointing but eatable
Would certainly consider using on future trips" |

overall the hotel is lovely, but there was alot of confusion over our booking when we arrived and i noticed other people having the same problems.
I don't know why they are so confused ?

| "This is a great value for Mumbay if you want a nice place but not too expensive. Beautiful hotel inside, exquisite decor, peaceful with a lot of amenities, wonderful service, great view on Mumbai. If you really think Colaba is the place to stay, then of course it is a nicer district but you will end up with tourists. This place is almost only frequented by locals, and is 2 minutes away from Grant Road Train station, which will take you to Colaba in 10 minutes for 4 roupies, or to the airport and avoid the traffic in taxi. Besides if you need a taxi to or from the airport, it is closer than south Mumbai" |
