"The room was very small for two persons, the bathroom had a floor shower, which made the whole bathroom floor slippery after a shower, especially if one had to go to the toilet. There was only one small roll of toilet paper provided on arrival, and no more for the following 4 days, we had to supply our own. The shower water was cold, although the basin and floor taps had hot water. The restaurant was good, and room service was excellent. Front desk was friendly. Location slightly distant from the bay front ie Gate of India, but cheap to go with taxi, or a nice brisk walk. Area good."

"i had been to mumbai on a business trip.my business client also checked in at the same hotel to make things easy for us.unfortunately the hotel staff didnt want us together in either of the rooms.we couldnt discuss offical matters in the lobby.(we were the opposite sex)so it was difficult.my client who was from another country was upset.hope the others who wish to go there on business wont face the same problem.anyway thank you for your online service. "This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, in India or anywhere else -- a deeply unpleasant experience. My room was next to a building site where noise was going on at all times of day and night; it was not cleaned once for the entire duration of my 3-day stay (nor even the litter taken out). The front desk staff went out of their way to be as unwelcoming as possible, too; and the unhygienic Seven Seas restaurant within the hotel is run by miserable, rude, incompetent idiots. The only saving grace is that it has a well stocked supermarket and a good restaurant/bar just up the road. Luckily the supermarket sold toilet paper, because I wasn't even given that. Avoid at all possible costs."
