I wouldn't rate the facilities themselves more than those of a 3 star hotel, but the personnel (including reception, waiters, cleaners etc) are definitely worth 5 brilliant stars. The service and friendliness was absolutely wonderful. The location is great, too.

| "Overall it was a good hotel with excellent service and breakfast. Only problem was the mattress and linen was very damp(end of monsoon season) but I couldn't actually sllep in the bed and used the vinyl sofa! Other hotels I have stayed at have managed to get linen and bed drier despite season.
Despite that the staff were really pleasant and it was spotless" |

| "Took the taxi driver a long time to find the hotel, which is right across the street from the Bombay Hospital -- a very busy street. Nearby internet connections and the cashier readily gave us small bills, which was something most hotels would not do for you. Close to the main attractions." |
