The room was clean and roomy though the bathroom was a bit mouldy. Service was OK and food was OK.
Basically not far from the airport and clean, OK place to stay for a short period.

| "I have the junior suite and unlike what's advertised my room is not equiped with the DSL. I have to go down to the lobby to use the internet - not convenient. It's USD 75 a night, but the room is not larger than 5' X 10', like a shoe box for a single shoe.
It's clean and staff is helpful, so I guess it's ok all in all." |

| "Me and my husband stayed here for two nights and can not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a deluxe room. The room itself was quite big, but the bathroom was non-existant! It was so small and untidy... The hotel did not provide toilet paper automatically (I guess 100€/night does not cover that cost?), so when we used our own, the cleaner stole it. Also soap and shampoo were not replaced after consumption as promised. Towels were not replaced - we ended up having only one towel after cleaning! We did get more after we had called the reception 3 times. We ordered from the room service and the person answering to the call did not speak one word of English, and only spoke hindi(?) to us. The hotel advertises that they have a complimentary airport pick up/drop off service. We asked for it from the reception from three different people before it was arranged. When it was time to leave to the airport at 6am, we went to the car and the driver asks us where to drive... Also the driver did not know English at all, he had to get the airport staff to ask us which terminal although I had told him 2 times that we're flying from terminal B. The hotel is about 1-1,5 km from Andheri station, but don't try to get a riksa from the station to the hotel as NONE of the locals know of this place! We asked about 15 drivers (I'm not exaggerating!) and finally gave up and walked to the hotel. I have to say also that the breakfast can not be recommended. The facility is small, the few foods were covered in flies and overall it was very uncomfortable. So if you have a possibility to get a room from some other hotel, we recommend that you do so! We will not stay at Suba Galaxy ever again!" |
