Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
Great hotel, excellent service but you pay - to a certain extend - also for the name and itīs history. Itīs a minor point but from that sort of accommodation I expect to be served also a glass of wine or a beer when using the "all night dinning" at the restaurant (and not only tea and soft drinks)Lotīs of flights get in very late at Mumbai, therefore check-ins at 2.00 am are not unusual. If keep the restautant open for these hungry souls why not allowing them to have a drink with their meal ??

"I think everything is ok! But the room is quite small for us. "

"Of course, the main difficulty is that a large hotel cannot give personal friendly service so easily as a small hotel. But you get what you pay for! One small problem in the restaurant is that the staff are often very busy and walking fast towards their next task. I often found I was in danger of being "

"Great hotel. "

"The view from the bedroom was stunning and the room service staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. The bathroom was rather small and it did not have a walk in shower which is normally standard in this class of hotel. The breakfast room is very busy and when you arrive for breakfast no one takes the time to explain the service protocal. You are also asked to sign a chitty at breakfast even although the charge for breakfast is included in the room rate and the chitty states you should not sign if you have already paid. I queried this with the manager but he still insisted that it be signed. The staff in the business centre were most helpful. "
