"Ok if you want an inexpensive, clean place to stay in Colaba.
My room was very noisy - I think it was an air-conditioning unit for another room, that was on until 03.00."

"We stayed at the Sea Palace for 2 nights in December 06 the rooms were basic but very clean. The service was excellent and the food fantastic they have an outside eating area set back from the road which is nice - we ate there both nights. Its a good location for sightseeing only a couple of mins walk from the gateway to India."

"An ideal location. Very good service . .although we had problems when trying to book additional nights at the same price we received booking through Asiarooms. The hotel didn't have an international telephone line. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant served excellent food . . we ate there most of the time."

Would I stay at this location again: Absolutely!
Comments: A friendly hotel in an excellent location in Colaba. Sea facing rooms have great views over to the Gateway to India. Service is good and there is a nice restaurant and cafe area outside. Good value for what you get.
