Hi! Myself, my wife and my 2 year old son stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in November 2005. Please note my comments below
1. The location of this hotel is WOW!
2. The hotel overall is very good and responsive staffs. But at times we felt, they still have some scope to imrove their service
3. The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant. SALAD Bar in perticular. The salad bar and the Salad Chef is definitely one of the main reasons, why we may want to go there again. (Apart from the view of course).
4. Overall, the food is good and they take care of their guests well by keeping them engaged with some program or other within the hotel.
5. They have a flower garden which is worth seeing.
6. The rooms are "OK". They have a microwave oven in the room, but they claim it is only for the Club Mahindra members and not for other guests. Which we found little odd. They should extend this to other guests.
Overall, if you are visitng Munnar, you must look at this resort as an option.
