| "I am sorry to tell that it is not up the name it is carrying.
1) The concerned management do not care for the customer.
2) The early morning when I asked for coffee the attandant even had no curtsey of telling Good MOrning, forget about it, he simple throw the coffe, sugar packet in my hand and not even looking at me.
3) As far the dinner at night, they do not care what we order and they had no curtsey of explaining the menu
4) In the night no musquito curtain in the bed room, and the rooms are not at all in par with the charges.
5) Coming to the check out time--- The credit card processing took hours together to process and finally I had to give personal check. Luckilly I have an bank account in Mysore.
I am sorry to mention that it will be difficult for me to recomend to my friends who will ask my experirience in Lalitha Mahal.
