| "first of all we booked hotel pallavi and since we arrive very late at night no one knew where this hotel was and no one was answering the phone so we had to get a place to stay so the driver took 6 of us to hotel blue saphire after a nice gentleman called and reserved this hotel we were unable to locate the hotel we reserved and maybe who knows if this was a set up or something but they tried the very next day as well but something happened with my paper that i had with the reservation so your guess is just as good as mine i had to pay 110.00 per room and we got two rooms that night. the gentleman at the front desk did not even give us a receipt he just took our money and he had sort of an attitude the other guys were ok. for the price i should have stayed at the hyatt the first night and since my husband works for continental airlines we would have gotten a 50% discount so really for 110us its not worth it for 20 or 50 a night maybe." |

| "I and my wife stayed at Blue Sapphire Hotel for two nights from the 16th to the 18th Nov.
Room Type: Standard Double/Twin 25 US$.
We found this Hotel through AsiaRooms.com and booked our stay per email.
Checking out we found out our Rate DID NOT include all taxes and service charges.
AND Breakfast was also NOT included.
I do not recommend this Hotel; except you can deal with Indian way of doing business.
