Clark International is a haven of peace and cleanliness in a challenging part of the city.
I stayed here for 8 nights on a business trip to India and was impressed by the overall running of the hotel. We did book a top of the range room (suite) but looking at the smaller rooms they seemed to be adequate for shorter stays. The roof top restaurant serves excellent food, the lunch time snack menu and the evening meal menu were both good value. The breakfast menu was perhaps a little difficult for western tastes but there was always something for everyone.
I have no problem in recommending this hotel as a good value for money place to stay, just don't expect a room with a view and be prepared for the hustle and bustle of the nearby bazaar.
As an extra, the hotel has a very good travel agent, we used him to organise all our transport both around the city and also for a trip around Rajasthan.

| "We stayed at the Clarks Internation for 2 nights in November 2008, The rooms were very clean and some have been recently refurbished. The surrounding areas of the hotel leave a little to be desired but then again it is Delhi. The service from the staff was very good but could just do with smiling a bit more. " |

| "Hotel is located in a busy area just meters from a big market, could improve in a few areas but they do as much as possible to keep you happy and is a good deal for the price, staff is friendly and helpful both at the front desk and at the restaurant and they take care of you and look after your needs in other words they want you to come back and do their part for gaining that, would stay there for the location and the hospitality, thanks to all the good hearted people in there for making this stay safe and happy." |

| "I would like to explain firstly that indian hotels are not of the quality you find elsewhere. That is a common theme i found throughout my stay in india and all travelers must bear this in mind before they travel there.
The room was of a relatively nice size. However the room I stayed in would have gotten a 1 star anywhere else. There were very big cracks in the walls, the room was dirty. The airconditioning unit was very grimy, the bathroom was very shabby, the bath was cracked. All in all i am sure I could have found a hotel for the price I payed in am much nicer room. My other hotels on the golden triangle route were much nicer. But i loved being in delhi such an incredible stay and it barely dampened our stay" |

| "a very good place to stay , although its location is not the best.Every taxi/auto rickshaw we took, even though we had a map had difficulty in finding the hotel.Once inside though the staff are very helpful and cheery and the restaurant is ok for dinner if you sit inside.If you can get one of their upgraded rooms , do so as these are so much more quieter than the normal rooms where the outside traffic noise can be heard till late.I would definately stay here again." |
