| "The decor was very dated but the room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The location was brilliant - close to Connaught Place. It was certainly not cheap but given the high prices of 4 and 5 star Delhi hotels it was reasonable compared to the others." |

room slightly smaller for extra bed for third guest to sleep but manageble

one of the best i have seen in new delhi for that price !
modern furnishing....n decor .clean towels/sheets...
although we have to leave for very early morning flight....we requested for take out breakfast ...
was obliged with that request the next morning.
a nice gesture.

| "The Hans Plaza is centrally located,you only have to walk about one block to street bazaars and shops, it has well appointed rooms and is extremely clean. The Italian Restaurant serves lovely meals and the breakfast has plenty of variety. Every thing about this hotel is good and we would definitely recommend to anyone. " |

| "we booked for 5 nights, only to find that when we arrived that there was no room waiting for us. they transferred us to a hotel at least 40 minutes drive away and then collected us in the morning. they were very apologetic and offered a free dinner in the restaurant the following night. apparently messing up our first day on our holiday wasnt worth the cheap wine we enjoyed with dinner, as they made us pay for it upon checking out!!
included breakfast was reasonable and if your going to eat in the restaurant i highly recommend the italian, the food was really good. the hotel was suprisingly nicer inside than what i expected from the external facade. hotel has no gym or pool etc, which is very poor for a hotel in this category.
i prob wouldnt stay again, but mainly cos of the mess up with booking, and then making us pay for the wine. very poor customer service there!! " |
