| "We had our 10 year old son with us. He wasn't allowed in the bar area and as the Atrium coffee area was full - we were told we would just have to sit outside. We were offered a very poor table on the fringe of the resterant and had to ask to be seated in the main part. Told our room would be ready and then they forgot (2 hours later and after much prompting) to inform us there had been a change of plan. Lots of facilities by without a sense of service." |

| "As others have said in reviews, it was a joy to return to the peace and cool of this beautiful hotel from the heat of Delhi in August. The room was crisp and clean and very comfortable. The pool was wonderful - well worth a good few hours rest beside it. Breakfast buffet good, and cocktails at the bar in the evenings much enjoyed. Great place to stay. And don't be embarrassed at turning up in a battered old cab from the airport..." |

| "Just retuned from India, having spent 5 nights at my favourite Imperial and found even better decor and service since my last stay in Nov - Dec. 2005. This time Sales Manager invited me for tea which was very nice. Imperial is not only a hotel to experience and savour colonial architecture and its famed hospitalty, but also to see last three hundred years of pictorial history of India through the priceless paintings displayed on every wall.
I am looking forward to my visit in 2007. " |

| "I live in Delhi (have no connection to the hotel !) and can tell you that the Imperial is the best place to stay in Delhi. The hotel is wonderful, just what you would expect from the days of the Raj. If you can afford the prices, spoil yourself." |

| "Since 1997, having stayed several times in the Imperial hotel, I can not dream of staying any other hotel in New Delhi. I often travel round the world. I wish I could transport Imperial to those far away countries and make my holiday even more memorable. The classical colonial atmosphere inside Imperial Hotel is nostalgic. Last year, my son-in-law and daughter stayed in April. Stan was so impressed, he declared it THE BEST IN THE WORLD.(he should know, having travelled the world)
I am due in India in November this year. I am looking forward to a few days luxuriating in the hotel, its food and of course going back in time to colonial era." |

| "This hotel was really superb, well located around the shopping area and tourist spots. We often called the Imperial as " The Museum hotel" due to they preserves and display many original work of Arts. The room was well appointed amenities and facilities with internet and fax port and are designed with unique antique fixtures making each room different from others." |

| "This hotel was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms - we stayed in a Heritage room - are gorgeous. Spacious, cool, fantastic beds and linen, marvelous bathrooms. The public rooms are amazing, beautiful marble, flowers, artwork. There are several restaurants serving different cuisine. The Spice Route, supposedly chosen as one of Conde Nast's 10 best restaurants in the world, was disappointing in quality--the dishes we ordered were all overcooked and dry. The staff are great and most helpful. Overall we love the hotel …it was the best place to stay in New Delhi" |
