"This hotel is terrible. We booked on-line and when we rang to confirm airport collection we were told it was not possible for domestic flights which is not stated on the advert. When we arrived they demanded payment upfront and then showed us to a damp and moldy room with a small fan heater. The bedding had clearly not been changed and was visibly dirty. When we complained we were told we were getting 'what we had paid for' and could change to a better hotel if we wanted to pay more. When we tried to check out the next morning they again demanded payment for our whole stay and the staff tried to physical prevent us from leaving until we had paid in cash even though they already had our credit card details. We were threated with the police and 'the embassy' (whatever that means). I have never stayed in such a poor hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. "

"This hotel is a budget hotel in a very good location. It is located near a large market and shopping district which is good for a start or an end of a trip.It was very clean and tidy for a pretty good price. They picked us up and droped us of at the airport which was a great help. The food was excellant for room service cooked in its own kitchen for a reasionable price. Free internet access if needed. The staff were helpfull and friendly but worked in "Indian time". Over all not a bad place looked after well but ageing. One piece of advice would be to grab a card from the hotel if you catch a taxi as there seemed to be 3 or 4 hotels with the same name.We would absolutely stay here again . please dont forget to get free airport pickup from hotel i have email them for free airport pickup on my arrival somebody was waiting for me on arrival gate "
