| "This was probably one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in!
At first glance the hotel looked pretty good with a clean and spacious reception area.
We went to our room to find it crawling with cockroaches!! Obviously we complained to reception who were less that accomodating but they moved us to another room that we later realised didn't have any windows and the beds were dirty.
In summary,the hotel was dirty and the staff were incredibly rude. I would expect this from a certain hotels in certain areas of Delhi (I have stayed in a few) but this wasn't cheap and is in a good area. If you want a nice hotel, go further down the road to the Hotel Clark International..." |

| "The hotel was clean but the first room we were given was a bit messy and basic. We asked for twin beds but the beds were together two twins but made into a double. The first night there was banging on the ceiling as though there was building work going on. and our neighbour in the next room played loud music. We moved rooms and it was a prettier room but it was in the lobby and the noise from the staff was outrages and again problems to sleep I complained and it settled down. It is a nice hotel but the noise distroyed it for me." |

| "The location of the hotel was good. Near the shopping center. We were there over the cold spell, and it was very cold in the rooms.We could not eat at the restaurant because it was so cold there. The rooms were ok, but my sons were not happy getting a room with no window.When we ordered a taxi to go to the airport, we asked for a big car, but we got a little car only for one person and his luggages, we were four person, so we had to wait while they called another one. There is no facilities at this hotel so I donīt recoment it if you got children traveling with you." |

| "We stayed in this hotel on two occations. On the first time the stay was rather okay. On the second time, there was no hot water in the shower, animals crawling on the bathroom fllor, and the room was very small. The hotel reception cannot be trusted at all. They told us that our travel agent taxi is not coming and offered their own contract taxi for 870 Rs. I called the travel agent, and they said that of course they are coming. I would call this a real scam. Also, the night clerk told us that the breakfast is from 7 to 8 am, and the daytime clerk said from 5 to 10 am. The breakfast itself was okay.

| "Most of the staff has been absolutely friendly
However, this hotel should definitely offer an airport pickup!!! Additionally, you should add to the address a telephone number! When you arrive in Delhi at night an the taxi driver can not find the hotel (or he does not want to) you are lost." |

| "Very pleasant right in the City. Close to shopping centres and other amenities. The only snag was pick up and drop off facilities were not adequate. We were told that your agent should provide these facilities. We have travelled in other parts of India where we were picked up and dropped off to Airport directly by the Hotel. There should be more choice in the breakfast ie: fruits." |
