"Close to the airport and a good stopover for a night or two."

"A good hotel in which to unwind after flying from the UK, given its location so close to the international airport and the facilities, including a nice swimming pool. However, rather impersonal, international in feel, and food and drinks expensive. On our way home we stayed at the nearby Ashok Country Resort, which was less flashy but just as comfortable, has a good swimming pool and much more friendly."

| "Convenient only if you are in transit and you need a nearby place to stay from airport.
If you need 24 hours check out time you'll not be getting that facility on that hotel. We have applied for that at the reception and they say their policy is only 12 noon check out time and they are very strict.

"Our room was very nicely decorated, large and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was made up of a good variety of foods. There's a good Italian restaurant "Italia". Excellent location as it's only 10 minutes' taxi ride from the international airport. During my stay at this hotel I was ill and the staff did everything in their powers to make my stay a happy one (they sent flowers to my room, telephoned to check I was ok, extended my check-out time til 4pm at no extra charge and were generally very caring and concerned.) I'd like to thank all of the Radisson staff!"

"Staff were unhelpful, aggresive and inefficient. We tried to confirm our reservation only to be told we had none. We called your helpline and were assured someone would phone the hotel to confirm. On arrival they would not accept your booking confirmation and we had to pay for internet access to access your voucher. once accessed they could not recognise any reference numbers and were unwilling to allocate rooms. Eventually someone recognised the name of their booking manager and they then realised, after some 40 minutes, that they had lost the booking. They then lied about the error and claimed they had 'found' the booking under my christian name. This was obviously not true as one room was a standard room and the other an executive suite. No compensation was offered, not even a refund of the internet charges incurred due to their error. I have travelled extensively and have never been booked under my christian name and have only been upgraded due to an error by the hotel."
