The room size was very nice. The bed itself was hard as a rock. The bathroom, while "Western," was a bit hard to deal with. While the lobby area was marble (quite nice), a lot of noise filtered into the room late into the night. The hotel does have a roof-top restaurant/bar which is really quite nice, and is a great place for breakfast and/or enjoying a beer before dinner. In the absence of that feature, this hotel would have been very, very disappointing. Note that we're not "fancy" hotel people. But there's a fine line between something that's good and something that's below-the-bar.

| "we were very disappointed to find that although our room had a window it was about two feet from a wall. no outlook as were our friends rooms. the management were pressurising us to allow them to make onward travel arrangements for us and were openly hostile when we explained that we would make our own arrangements. restaurant was not very clean. we were very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it. we were a party of five and were all over 55 years of age." |
